Airstrip planning no. 21/00340 | Screening opinion - proposed creation of an airfield, ancillary buildings and glamping pods | Manor Farm Willow Woods Road Little Mongeham Deal Kent CT14 0HR I just went on here this morning to register my objections, but this is what it says: 'The consultation period for this application has ended. Comments that have been submitted may be viewed within the list of documents for this application.' I should like to know when the consultation period began? NO ONE knew of the plans until last Friday 16/04/21!!! Where were the notices? Where was the public consultation? The planning states: There is no EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) required HOW CAN THAT BE???

They don't yet have planning permission, yet the destruction of animal habitat has already started. There has been NO consultation with those most directly affected. There has been NO environmental impact assessment. The bulldozers have been there for the last two days and you can see the plumes of smoke from the pile of resulting scrubbed-up hedgerow from a distance. This is truly shocking!
