Gosh Mr ledger was doing some very specific general maintenace and tidying up on his farm wasn't he.
With all due respect, the above comment is misleading and incendiary. The application has NOT been approved! The full details will be on DDC's Planning list the week after next. Until such time ,when the full plans are shown and the facts known, it may be time to slow the rumour mill down. I have had first hand experience of an unpopular planning application literally on my doorstep, and know the unnecessary angst and upset unfounded comments like this can make. No-one in the immediate area wants this and we will all do our best to make sure it does not happen.
Who needs application approval when you can just go ahead and bulldoze?
