Response from DCC re Airstrip

Hi

I emailed the DCC yesterday to ask about the best way to lodge formal opposition to the proposed airstrip at Little Mongeham.

I had a reply this morning with a few documents that I have attached. Below are the copy/pasted relevant parts of the 2 email replies.

Thank you Nick, the application the have submitted is a 21 day notification to us to ascertain whether or not they need to submit an environmental impact assessment when they submit a planning application.

You can comment by emailing this address but the comments need to based on the screening opinion not a planning application.

Apologies, Nick the screening opinion has been issued. I have attached a copy for you.

Once/If an application is submitted site notices will be places at the site and that’s when the public can object.
